Over the past year, I have undergone intensive training in contemporary techniques, including Graham, Cunningham, and release, strengthening both my technical ability and expressive range.
At HCA, I have also explored physical and immersive theatre, delving into the work of Punchdrunk and their innovative approach to audience engagement. Their ability to challenge theatrical conventions—placing spectators outside their comfort zones and crafting unique, individual experiences—has profoundly shaped my understanding of performance.
